Hovus Incorporated is the industry leader in chub packaging and processing materials. We have achieved this through our inventive packaging solutions such as Hovus’ advanced plastic casings and films.

Our company focuses on the needs of food manufacturers in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. However, our products are useful in any industry that seeks low-permeability materials. Our products include plastic casings, chub retort films, foil flat films and cooking bags.

Our sales staff was among the first to introduce plastic casings to the United States market, with evaluations lasting through several years and over numerous applications. Our customers have relied upon this experience to create packaging that works in each of their unique settings on a consistent and cost-effective basis.

All of our barrier casings, monolayer casings, plastic meat casings, plastic sausage casings, cooked ham casings, cooked sausage casings, raw meat casings, raw sausage casings, and cheese casings are USDA/FDA approved.

Kosher and CFIA approvals are also available for most products.
